By agreeing to these terms & conditions I waive all legal rights against and release The Pack Dog Training, its owners, employees and/or subcontractors from all liability of any nature for injury or damage which I, members of my family, my dog, or other guests who may attend (collectively referred to as “Attendees”) may suffer, including, but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from (1) the actions (including but not limited to acts of negligence) of The Pack Dog Training or another person or dog attending any obedience class, a training seminar, or a private session (collectively referred to as “Classes”) on my own property, or public property and (2) any advice or instruction given by The Pack Dog Training to me or any Attendees. I waive my legal rights and release The Pack Dog Training after The Pack Dog Training has informed me that attendance at Classes may pose risks to myself and other Attendees because some of the dogs to which I/we may be exposed may be difficult for any handler to control and may be the cause of injury (i.e. dog bite) to any of the Attendees. This is true even when the dogs are handled with the greatest amount of care. I fully understand that regardless of the training received by any dog, a dog always possess the propensity to bite. I waive my legal rights and release The Pack Dog Training, and Kelly Argue, voluntarily and without relying on representations made to me by The Pack Dog Training, Kelly Argue or any employees/subcontractors. I acknowledge that The Pack Dog Training has made no representations, guarantees, or implied or express promises as to the outcomes of the participation of me or any of the Attendees in the Classes. I acknowledge that The Pack Dog Training offers instruction in the area of dog training and is not a place of recreation. In consideration of and to induce The Pack Dog Training to accept me and my dog into the Classes, I agree to indemnify and hold The Pack Dog Training harmless from any and all claims, including claims by any Attendee that is the result of any action by any dog, including my own. I acknowledge that The Pack Dog Training does not refund fees for classes or private lessons, allow for make-up classes or changing courses.

Photo/Filming Release: By entering a training session or program of the The Pack Dog Training, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence in the session constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the The Pack Dog Training and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By being present at a training session, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the session, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the training session.

Session Rescheduling: Members from The Pack reserve all rights to reschedule a clients session, with or without notice, in order to properly accommodate all clients on a specific day of training, emergency sessions, illness/personal emergency, changes to a Trainer's availability, and any other necessary schedule changes.

Session/Package Expiration:: All purchased sessions/packages are valid for 365 days from the day of purchase. Any sessions remaining at the time of expiry will be forfeited by the Client and/or/purchaser, and a refund will not be provided.

Refunds:

• Full refunds will be given on any session or training package that has not been used unless a session has been cancelled with less than 48 hours notice from the scheduled start time.

• Boarding and Board & Train Stays: Cancellations less than 2 weeks will receive a 50% refund. ** Emergencies exempted and at the discretion of The Pack Dog Training to determine **
